Welcome to the Islands Agriculture Show  

The First Annual Islands Agriculture Show was held February 3-4, 2012 at the Cowichan Exhibition Grounds. With 55 exhibitors occupying 63 booth spaces, the event showcased many products and services to the over 800 trade show attendees.

Over 148 conference delegates attended 14 conference sessions held over the two days. The show included outdoor displays, childrens activities, network reception for exhibitors and delegates, and opening ceremonies highlighted by BC Minister Don McRae, CVRD Chair Rob Hutchins and North Cowichan Mayor Jon Lefebure.

The Second Annual Islands Agriculture Show will take place February 1-2, 2013 and will be bigger and better!

Visitors to the trade show can expect to see the latest and most innovative equipment and technology for the agriculture industry. There is a small fee to get into the trade show. Farmers and conference delegates will have an opportunity to vote on speakers they would like to see for 2013. See the left hand side of the web site for your chance to vote. Conference fees will be set as we determine what speakers will be attending.

The Islands Agriculture Show is being coordinated by a core steering committee that includes Economic Development Cowichan, Comox Valley Economic Development Society, Port Alberni Economic Development, District of North Cowichan, Farm Credit Canada, BC Ministry of Agriculture, MNP and the Islands Forage Committee.
